Management
ASWF is governed through a structured and participatory management framework. The organization has a General Committee comprising 7 members. From this committee, a 7-member Executive Committee is formed to act as the supreme policy-making body for a term of two years.
The Chairman heads the Executive Office and is responsible for the overall administration, program implementation, and coordination of the organization’s activities.
ASWF follows a participatory and bottom-up management approach, ensuring that local voices are integrated into planning and decision-making. This approach promotes community ownership, accountability, and inclusive development.
